First with downloadable finance agreements "making V12finance.com an e-commerce principled business but specialising in retail finance we have a ground up approach to making us the lowest cost provider, we are not an adopt and adapt business, we are a pioneer.."

Scott has been in the consumer credit industry for over 10 years, latterly with Lombard Tricity Finance as a National Accounts Manager managing accounts such as Granada, Argos, Scottish Power and DFS.

Matthew Hatton
Technical Manager
After leaving university with a degree in Computer Studies, Matthew became self employed, creating web applications for a variety of customers, and in 2001 started his affiliation with V12finance.com.

Following the development of the V12finance.com systems, he became a full time member of the management team heading up the in-house technical department. He is looking forward to "pushing the envelope of technology in the finance industry and ensuring V12finance.com exceeds its expectations and maintains its position at the forefront of technology."

Mark Williams
Business Development Manager
Formerly an account manager with First National Tricity Finance, Mark gained his retail finance experience in the furniture and electrical sectors and was closely involved in the development of retail finance in the travel market. His 10 years in the industry also includes exposure to the motor and home lending sectors.

Mark joined V12finance.com  in January 2004 to further develop our presence in the south of the UK. Mark says " V12finance.com offer a low-cost comprehensive suite of finance products together with unrivalled IT systems and technology."

Steve Smithson
Research & Development Consultant
Steve has a wide ranging experience of retailing and retail finance. As a retail store manager in the home electronics sector for Laskys and Sony Centres he gained his retail grounding behind the counter. As Area Sales Manager for Lombard Tricity Finance he gained his experience of selling retail finance into the retail electronics and furnishings sectors.

Following a spell as a Field Sales Manager with the Automobile Association, he joined Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance (formerly known as Nova Retail Finance) and was a member of the Senior Management Team with responsibility for IT.

He is retained by V12finance.com to assist the business in project management and process improvement - "to ensure costs are driven down and efficiency is maximised."
