Who are v12finance.com and what do you do?
We provide the technology that enables retailers to offer finance for the purchase of their products and services. The actual finance is provided by a third party finance provider who will administer your account and deal with queries once your account is live.

How will I know which finance provider my account will be with?
Once your finance application is approved, you will be able to download the finance agreement for your signature. If you already have an account, you will have received a Welcome Letter from the lender.

I have an account that I want to settle?
You will need to make settlement payments direct to the finance provider. Their name, address and telephone number will have been on the Welcome Letter they sent you soon after your account was opened. You will need to contact your finance provider in the event of a query as v12finance.com are unable to assist with your account. See below for contact details.

I have a Buy Now Pay Later account. How does it work?
This product is sometimes referred to as 'Deferred' finance. To put it simply, your first monthly payment is deferred until the date shown on your loan agreement which gives you two options. Firstly, you can settle the amount you borrowed (the cash price less the deposit you paid) direct to the finance provider in a lump sum BEFORE the first payment is due. By doing this, you will not incur any interest charges. If you do wish to settle, you will need to contact your finance provider in the event of a query. v12finance.com are unable to assist with such queries. See below for contact details. Secondly, you can choose to do nothing. Simply enjoy your payment holiday and let the payments commence. Bear in mind, you will be charged interest at the rate shown on your loan agreement.

I have an Interest Option account. How does it work?
You have the opportunity to settle the loan within the Option Period shown on your finance agreement and have all your interest refunded. All interest that you have paid at the point of settling your loan is deducted from the settlement figure. If you do wish to settle, you will need to contact your finance provider in the event of a query. v12finance.com are unable to assist with such queries. See below for contact details. Please note that there is no obligation to settle the loan early, you can simply continue to make your loan repayments on a monthly basis and continue to incur interest.

I have an Interest Free account. How does it work?
Interest Free finance is what it says! There are no interest charges as clearly shown on your finance agreement - the APR is 0%

I have a Classic Credit account. How does it work?
Simple! Your loan runs for the period stated on your loan agreement at the stated APR

I can't see an answer to my query. What do I do?
In the first instance, contact your finance provider as detailed in your Welcome Letter. Your account will be with one of the finance providers listed here:
